The Swedish government changed the Swedish constitution this week. Most probably none of the people voting for the new constitution had read the 565 pages proposal. Like with all other law changes initiated by the social democratic party the title is aimed to mislead. Most of the delegates voting get their information about what they are voting about from the state controlled media.
The media have given the new law proposal the title “Foreign espionage law”. The title of the proposal is “Improved protection for information of significance for international interaction for peace and security where Sweden is involved”. Or the direct Google translations “Enhanced data protection of importance to an international Cooperation for peace and security in which Sweden participates”.
As usual the essence is wrapped into a lot of wording to exaggerate the feelings of fear, respect for superiority, and consciousness. There will also be the good intentions to protect a poor bastard included in narrative. In this case we shall protect the sentenced people from the Lexbase database providing information, easily accessible, of whom in your neighbourhood who have been sentenced for paedophilia.
This proposal of change in the constitution was initiated by the Social”democratic” party who have controlled Sweden since 1922. The wording in the new constitution to be implemented from 2023-01-01 follows:

2. incorrect disclosure of public documents which are not accessible for any person or the provision of such a document in contravention of the authority's reservation on its disclosure, when the act is intentional

2. oriktigt utlämnande av allmän handling som ej är tillgänglig för envar eller tillhandahållande av sådan handling i strid med myndighets förbehåll vid dess utlämnande, när gärningen är uppsåtlig
I will try to make some meaning of the wording:
First the Swedish word “oriktigt” is not used in common Swedish, but the closest translation shall be inadequately.
Inadequately disclosure of public document…….. (If you disclose a public document, how can it be a disclosure of the document if it is public?) which are not accessible for “envar”.
The word “envar” is hardly ever used in Swedish language. The proper translation shall be everybody.
Be aware about that this is regarding public documents, which are not known to everybody. This reveals the fact that there is information what is public but not of common knowledge. Maybe because the media is controlled by the social democratic party. Where all journalists know that if they reveal this public information, they will lose their possibility to care for themselves and their families. From now on they will risk a prison sentence as well!

The word reservation is weak and must be a subject for interpretations. Either the document is public or it is not. If it is public it can’t be that any authorities prevent anyone to read it. The legal framework that the law shall be predictable. How shall the dissident be aware of that the authorities have made a reservation to any “disclosure” of the public document? Can they make a reservation after the document is disclosed?
The actual meaning of the paragraph in the constitution is the following:
If anyone publish and explain the public documents used for oppression of the Swedish people, with the aim to guarantee the power of the social democratic party. This person will be prosecuted and sentenced to jail for minimum 2 and maximum 8 years.
This is what I have done here. The law proposal is public and easily accessible in the government’s homepage. However, most people don’t read 565 pages of apparatchik prose. They still believe that the constitution will protect the free speech. This includes all the politicians who voted for this law change this week.
Since I publish an explanation of the essence of what will be the Swedish constitution, not known by everybody, I will be sentenced to jail. Though I publish, I have an intention that people shall read it, and understand what is going on. My intentions are also that enough people who are aware of this shall rise a protest and preserve the democracy or what is left of it in Sweden. That is the intention what makes the whole thing a crime to the constitution.

Even at the verge of ruin Sweden will look like a good example from outside. The socialistic propaganda machine is efficient and always kept in a good order.
