The voluntary association is the multipurpose tool for the social democratic party for al sorts of fraud in the name of democracy.

The social democratic party has invented the association as their key to democracy. Within the framework for associations there are numerous options for whatever arrangements needed. The association are supposed to consist of a number of members. How many is not regulated.

The members shall vote for the people to represent them, in the board. This takes place once a year in the members meeting.

Before the members meeting some people are asked to nominate candidates for the members to vote for as their representatives. How those people who will propose candidates is chosen is not regulated. It just happens!

Someone in the board selects two members in the association normally. If they happen to be also members of the board, board members relatives or activists from the social democratic party, it will not be any scandal.

The form of voluntary association has no obligations to account for their economy with regards to the tax authorities. Hence the money flow is not public, and nobody can trace them.

EU subsidies in the countryside, especially for rural areas shall be delivered in the name of democracy. Hence there are several voluntarily associations established by the social democratic party.

They got new money every now and then to deliver to projects to develop the countryside. About 50-100 million each, every 4th year. The social democratic party chose to call them leader associations.

If you ask people about the leader associations no one knows about those associations. The members ought to be the inhabitants in the areas, but they don’t even know that there is an association.

The board decides what projects to be supported.

Since nobody knows about those associations the member meeting tends to be empty. Try to search the internet for Leader Södra Fjällen and see what you find!

An ex-minister from the social democratic party was eager to help with this problem. He hired 2 buses. You know the big types taking about 70 pax each. You know an ex-minister in the social democratic party has many friends. Then he contacted people he knows from before and arranged to pick them up the day for the member meeting. During the journey, he served them beer and sandwiches and spoke in the microphone constantly the 2 hours journey. They had to stop halfway so people could pee and he could change bus to speak for one hour in each bus.

The member meeting went on good with at least 140 participants, and that must be a good democratic number.

This specific ex government politician happens to have a company called Idre Projektcenter, with the business model to help associations in the area to apply for subsidies from EU.

The altruistic Kurt Leonard Persson took only 20% of the EU subsidies for his expenses. After the hostile takeover bus arrangement, no association would be in question for EU subsidies if the application was not sent from Idre Projektcenter.

The by-laws stated that an approved application needed a new application for actually paying the approved amount. In the second application all the money had to be paid upfront by the applying association, and receipt to be sent to Leader Södra Fjällen with the application. No association or private has that kind of money. Hence no project could be financed that way.

If the application came from Idre Projektcenter the money was paid the next day. Beside we don’t know how many projects invented by Projektcenter, where the voting statist from the buses had a role to play in the fictive boards and as fictive members.

This kind of crux is built in in the entire Swedish democratic apparatus, and that might be the reason why Sweden has almost no corruption at all according to Transparency International Sweden. Off course I forgot to say that transparency International Sweden is a voluntary association!
